Sharpie Neon was a new product launch by Newell Rubbermaid that introduced the first Neon ink permanent marker. I worked closely with the brand team to develop the visual communication strategy, which included online digital content, packaging design, in-store displays, outdoor signage, print and video.

Sharpie Neon was launched globally and due to the specific design requirements that went into the visual communication points, I created a style guide for the launch. This was sent out to all of the Newell brand teams around the globe so the product launch had consistent messaging to consumers.
The new product launch was a great success for Newell Rubbermaid and increased sales as well as brand awareness for Sharpie.
Ulta Beauty is one of the retail leaders in personal beauty. I am involved in weekly planning for products that go on promotion, along with designing signage for locations throughout the stores.
Mr Sketch packaging went through a packaging design refresh. The brand team wanted to update the look and feel while making a stronger connection with consumers. The team and I concepted and designed the packaging, logo and objects as well as doing all of the illustrations.
I had the opportunity to work on a great deal of Jim Beam promotions. My team was challenged with this Jim Beam promotion offer to concept and design in-store signage for Kentucky Fire brand.
Medline offers a great range of medical products for the health care industry. I worked on projects to redesign many of their support brochures and packaging for several of the products offered. This particular project involved redesigning their brochure, which included concepting, layout and photoshoot for the packaging.
Jim Beam did a promotion where they offered Justin Timberlake autographed guitar to bars for them to hang them in their establishment to promote Justin Timberlake's line of tequila Sauza 901. The objective for this project was to concept and design the guitar, along with other digital and print branding materials to increase the brands awareness.
The Batman was a licensing agreement with DC comics to launch tween writing products timed with the launch of the new television series. I worked together with DC comics to help define their style guide requirements. I leveraged graphic assets from DC comics to layout and design packaging, displays, digital banners, barrel artwork for writing instruments and print.
Knob Creek is a top shelf bourbon that Jim Beam manufactures and distributes. This project required for an ad to be concepted and designed to promote the product line that Knob Creek offers.
Foohy is a tween line of writing products that is distributed globally. I was instrumental in concepting and designing the brand name, logo, packaging, digital content and overall design strategy associated with the brand using consumer research and trends as well as helping brainstorm new products.
I worked on a great deal of rebranding projects while at Newell Rubbermaid Writing Group. I often worked closely with outside advertising agencies to develop the marketing plan and design. Shown are several designs from those projects. The One Direction packaging was a licensing agreement with the brand to increase Sharpie consumer awareness. I worked closely with One Direction, using their style guide in order to develop packaging and digital content to promote the limited edition markers.
I had the opportunity to layout and design a Dale Earnhardt Nascar Wheaties box campaign. The promotion was comprised of four cereal boxes promoting Dale Earnhardt and offering consumers the chance to purchase Wheaties gear. I had to adhere to certain Wheaties style guide requirements while designing the cereal boxes and the promotion was a big success promoting Dale Earnhardt and Nascar.
During the time I used to work on Marlboro, they had a large retail presence with in-store and out-of-home signage as well as direct mail. I worked on supporting those areas through building layouts, designs, production and sku out. The brand was always using promotions to reach out to loyal customers and I was able to support these initiatives by designing T-Shirts and posters.
